Install Open JDK 8 in Windows 10

Download Open JDK 8
Create java8 folder in C drive and move this Zip file
Extract the zip and place the contents inside java8 folder
Remove those other folder and zip file
Now your folder will have only this,
Control Panel > User Accounts > Change my environment variables
Verify the installation
Open command prompt and type java -version
