You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

Root Cause:

This problem occurs when you change your database to something else than wp_.

 

Solution:

Just reinstall the wordpress, I hope the problem won’t come again.

 

note:  If you uninstall the wordpress all your data’s lost, so take backup and try reinstalling.
