Maintain your notes online with google keep: We used to write our notes and thoughts in sticky notes, notepads, few people in gmails/outlook mails.

Maintaining the notes and thoughts online is the best way to get across from anywhere. But if you are maintaining in gmail/outlooks still you need to open, search to find or add new notes.

Google keep makes all these things smarter and easy.

Once it is installed you can create a shortcut in your desktop/taskbar/start menu.

 

Problem with notepads and sticky notes

Searching is the toughest thing when you are maintaining the notes in your notepad and sticky notes, because you would have created your notes in 10+ sticky notes and many notepads.

 

Google is;

As google is the king in searching, searching becomes very easy for us to quickly get what we exactly want.

Also our notes can be maintained online with more security using google keep without any issues.

 

Google keep also provides these features:

 

1. You can set reminder for your notes/tasks

 

2. Easy sharing

 

3.  Make a copy to your google drive

 

4. You can change the background, add image to your notes and archive it.

 

 

Why I liked/using google keep ?

• Because of it’s shortcuts in taskbar I could easily able to find/add my notes instantly.
• Interface and searching is really awesome.
• More color option, sharing to friends/making a copy in google drive really saves lot of time and make available our data anywhere is great stuff with google keep.
